  1. National bank transfer data needed to refund the deposit
    National bank transfers usually take between 1 and 3 work days, depending on the kind of banks and their brand.
    • Account Owner
      • Complete name of the account owner
      • Complete address of the account owner
    • Account Data
      • Complete account number
        1. 4 digits corresponding to the bank entity
        2. 4 digits corresponding to the bank's office
        3. 2 digits of control
        4. 10 digits of the account
      • Complete name of the person/compnay that owns the account
  2. International bank transfer data needed to refund the deposit
    International bank transfers might take between 1 and 10 work days to be delivered. Once we issue a transfer, we will send a copy of the confirmation to the client.
    • Account Owner
      • IBAN number
      • Complete name of the account owner
      • Complete address of the account owner
      • City name of the account owner
      • Country name of the account owner
    • Bank where the account is active
      • SWIFT (BIC) number
      • Complete name of the Bank
      • Complete address of the Bank's Office where the account was first opened
      • City name of the Bank's Office
      • Country name of the Bank's Office
  3. Credit Card data needed
    To be able to refund the deposit taken by credit card, we need the following data:
    • Credit/Debit Card
      • Name of the card owner, just as it appears on the credit/debit card
      • Credit Card number (usually consists of 4 groups of 4 digits each)
      • Expiry month and year
    • Damage deposit receipt
      • Date of the charge
      • Operation Number
      • Amount of money charged
