  1. How does the booking process work?
    There are four simple steps to book an apartment. Please see our How to Book Section.
  2. How do I pay for the booking?
    You will be required to pay 25% of your reservation to confirm your booking; the balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. You can pay the 25% deposit by credit card on our website, or by bank transfer, if you need any further assistance please contact our reservation team by email reservas@valencialuxury.com or calling us +34-(96)-114-2955.
  3. Will I need to pay a damage deposit for the apartment?
    Yes, there is a damage deposit which will need to be paid upon arrival at the apartment. The amount varies per apartment ranging from 100€ to 500€, please see that information on the detail page of the apartment you are choosing. The deposit is refunded in 7 days after your check out date.
  4. How do I cancel my reservation?
    If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. Please note that the 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable:
    • More than 90 days before: 25% of the total amount.
    • 60-89 days before: 25% of the total amount.
    • 30-59 days before: 25% of the total amount.
    • Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount.
    Failure to show up at the apartment on the day of arrival total amouth of the stay will be charged.
  5. What happens if I break something?
    Please call Valencia Luxury as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.
  6. When is check in or check out?
    The apartment will be available at 15:00hs. Normal check out time is 11:00hs. Please request late check out prior to arrival and we will try our best to accommodate to your needs. Check-outs later than 11:00hs and earlier than 18:00hs carry a 50% of the rental cost per night and can be only confirmed on check –ing. Check-outs later than 18:00hs will be charged as a whole day.
    Note that there is a late check in fee of € 30 for check ins after 21:00. Please note check-in is between 15:00hs and 1:00hs.
  7. How will I get the keys to the apartment?
    Depending on the city of destination you will either be met at the apartment upon your arrival by a Valencia Luxury member of staff who will hand over the keys and also show you around the apartment.
  8. What if I need help or information during my stay?
    There will be a Valencia Luxury member of staff available to answer any of your questions 24 hours a day, upon arrival guests will be provided with the emergency number.
  9. Are the utility bills included?
    Stay less than 7 days supplies are always included in the price. Stays longer than 7 days depend on the apartment booked, if you need more information contact us.
  10. Will I need an adaptor for using the appliances in the apartment?
    For all appliances supplied in the apartments you will not need continental European adaptors. Hairdryers are supplied but to operate other bathroom appliances which you might bring on your travels like electric shavers, curling irons etc. You will need a continental European adaptor.
