Long term rentals
If you wish to rent one of our apartments for more than 30 days Valencia Luxury will apply a discount to our general rates depending on the amount of days you're willing to stay.

We can in some exceptional cases negotiate longer stays. Spanish law provides that stays longer than a year for continuous residence purposes are subject to LAU (Ley de arrendamientos urbanos) and so the “terms and conditions” of the lease contract may differ substantially from those of Valencia Luxury , we will be happy to fill you in with this information and advice you on the rental of this other type of premises as well.
