Payment / Confirmation
Valencia Luxury requires a 35% pre-payment as a reservation. Once you've chosen an apartment and got the confirmation that it's available, you'll get instructions on the procedure to make this pre-payment. Once received, you'll get an email confirming the booking and the rest of the information you'll need to arrive at the apartment.

Security Deposit
Valencia Luxury requires a security deposit in cash upon arrival to your apartment, the amount of which depends on the apartment you have chosen, from € 200 to € 600.
The security deposit will be collected upon your arrival and returned 6 to 8 days after your departure, once it has been established that the condition of the apartment is the same as it was when you arrived. If damages are assessed or keys are lost, we may deduct a portion of the security deposit from the refund. If the damage deposit is not enough, we'll charge the remaining to your credit card with the details you provided.
Such charges are assessed as follows:
For damages: estimated on the basis of damages incurred
Loss of keys: € 100
Loss of parking remote: € 20
