Booking Conditions


Upon arrival, and delivery of the keys to the apartment in the same apartment or access code to the building, the client has paid the total amount of the reservation, as well as delivered the total amount of the corresponding deposit.

The amount as a deposit ranges from €200 to €500, depending on the accommodation. This must be paid by card or by virtual gateway.

In the event that the client cancels his reservation during his stay, this will be one. cancellation with expenses (100% of the reservation). A request to change dates or apartment during your stay will be understood as a cancellation with expenses (100% of the reservation).

The purpose of the deposit is to guarantee the return of the holiday home and its belongings in the same state in which it was delivered, except for the deterioration derived from the rational use of the same.

The deposit will be returned in full as long as the house and its contents are returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered. It is essential to identify yourself, show your passport or DNI and sign this "Terms and Conditions" document and the "Sublease Document"

The client, both for his actions and for those of the people who live with him and the guests or visitors who access the property, must:

  • Respect the stipulated rest hours, these being from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
  • Do not make any type of party or gathering of people that exceeds the limit of occupants of the vacation home.
  • Throw the garbage in the containers located outside the building after 8:00 p.m.

The client will be responsible for any damage or malfunction caused in the holiday home and its accessories, as well as in the common areas of the property, which are caused both by him and by the people who live with him or his visitors. Valencia.

Luxury will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the client's property. The customer is solely responsible for this type of loss or damage. The client undertakes to deliver the vacation home and its accessories at the end of their stay in a state of reasonable cleanliness and without garbage or waste inside. Otherwise, and charged to the deposit, Valencia Luxury will charge a cost of €100. If the value of the years and/or damage is greater than the remainder of the deposit, the owner has the express authorization of the client to be able to make the necessary charges to the credit card specified in the lease sheet. €50 (per unit) will be charged for loss of towels or sheets.

In the event that the client does not voluntarily leave the holiday home or does not deliver the keys to it on the date indicated in their reservation confirmation, they must indemnify Valencia Luxury for each day that they extend their stay without authorization or retain the keys, at five times the price-night of the reservation.

The client must personally occupy the vacation home, and may not assign their right of use derived from the Reservation Confirmation to third parties, nor authorize the room of more occupants than those indicated in the "Reservation Confirmation"

Valencia Luxury is not responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the personal belongings of the tenants.

Valencia Luxury is not responsible for the inoperability of the fiber optic service that is caused by causes attributable to the operator.

The client agrees that Valencia Luxury will charge €100 for each set of keys not returned, charged to the deposit.

The client declares to know that the use of the vacation home that he will carry out is regulated by Royal Decree 2877/1982, of October 15, on the Planning of Apartments and Vacation Homes (BOE of November 9) and has a narrow purpose at the time of the reservation.

Jurisdiction and competence. For any contentious issues that may arise between the client and Valencia Luxury, both, expressly waiving the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia capital.
