Yes, you must pay a deposit upon arrival, or up to 6 days before arrival. The amount ranges from €200 to €500, depending on the accommodation. This must be paid by card or by virtual gateway.

In this case, please contact the helpline during your stay as soon as possible to assess the damage. We will do our best to repair or replace the item and assess if there is any cost.

If there is a cost, it will be charged from the deposit, and if it is higher, you must pay it by virtual gateway or transfer within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the notification of the amount to be paid. If you pay by bank transfer, remember to always put your full name and reservation number in the concept, and send proof of payment by email to the address provided.

Check-in: From 3pm.

Check-out: Until 11am.

Late Check-in: Remember that face-to-face check-ins after 9:00 p.m. have an additional cost of €30, and €50 after 12:00 a.m.

Late Check-out: If you want to check out later, remember to tell your check-in agent in advance. We will be able to confirm it within 24 hours before your departure, depending on availability. It has an extra cost of €20 to €40 per hour, depending on the apartment. It must be paid in cash, virtual gateway or bank transfer.

If the reserved accommodation has face-to-face check-in, you will receive it in the same apartment at the time of your entry.

If the reserved accommodation has remote check-in, you will receive all the instructions as soon as the reservation is confirmed and paid (reservation and deposit).

You can contact the agent on duty. They will be at your disposal for any doubts and/or needs that may arise during your stay. You will receive the contact telephone number and you will be able to reach us by phone or whatsapp.

For stays of less than 7 days, supplies are included. For stays longer than 7 days, it will depend on the accommodation booked. If you need more information, do not hesitate to contact us.

For all electrical appliances in our accommodation, no adapters are needed for Europe. For travel gadgets you may bring, such as electric shavers, curling irons, straighteners, etc. You will need an adapter for continental Europe.
