You must treat your accommodation and all your equipment with care. All rules and regulations specific to your accommodation and its environment must be adhered to at all times. In the event of damage to the property or its equipment it is necessary to inform the owner immediately so that repairs can be made as soon as possible.
The person who signs the rental agreement (the client) with the owner is responsible for ensuring that their guests behave appropriately. If this is not the case, the owner reserves the right to vacate the apartment without the right to a refund of any part of the amount paid.
The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival. At the exit, you must take out the garbage, the house must be left in acceptable conditions. The owner has the right to collect additional charges if the accommodation is not left as such.
The client must reserve for the number of guests in the reservation section. If this number varies during your stay, you must reserve for the largest number of people who will occupy the floor. For example, if you are booking accommodation for four nights, if there are four nights for two people and two nights for three people, you must make a reservation for four people.
Unless otherwise agreed by the owner, only the number of people indicated by the client when making the reservation will be authorized to use the accommodation. The number of people who can use the accommodation must not exceed the number provided, with the exception of children under three years of age. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the owner reserves the right to vacate the apartment without the right to a refund of any part of the amount paid.
