TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

In order to confirm the reservation, Valencia Luxury must receive payment by check or online. The amount of payment required depends on: the apartment you choose, the number of guests and the length of your stay. This amount is indicated in the price calculation and also in the online booking form.

Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until payment has arrived, after which you will receive a confirmation by email.

The advance payment, together with the damage deposit, must be paid in cash upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. The deposit is refundable on departure, after the owner has inspected the accommodation.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, even in case of force majeure.

To change the number of people: with a smaller number of guests, the balance remains the same, with more people, the specified supplement must be paid upon arrival.

To change the number of days: with fewer days, you pay less, with more days, you pay the required amount upon arrival.

The request for a change of apartment from what is in your reservation confirmation is considered as a de facto cancellation. To change the apartment you need to make a new reservation. This is considered a new booking and is subject to Valencia Luxury's terms and conditions.

All cancellations or changes must be made through email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

ARRIVAL: PROCEDURE

When you book an apartment, you will receive confirmation by email. Please print a copy of the email and take it with you, because it has all the information you need when you arrive.

If at the time of booking you are unable to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA), please let us know your ETA at least three days prior to arrival. This helps to ensure a quick check-in Note: for arrivals after 21:00, there is a charge for check-in of €30 until 1:00. Please note that check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00.

DURING THEIR STAY

You are required to treat your accommodation and all of its equipment with care. All rules and regulations specific to your accommodation and its environment must be adhered to at all times. In the event of damage to the property or its equipment it is necessary to inform the owner immediately so that repairs can be made as soon as possible.

BEHAVIOUR

Demonstrating consideration and respect for your neighbors is also required. Since no accommodation is fully soundproofed, everyone expects a level of noise from neighbours, please be considerate of noise, especially in the evenings and at night.

The person who signs the lease (the client) with the owner is responsible for ensuring that their guests behave appropriately. If that person or his guests are not responsible for behaving properly, the owner reserves the right to evict the client and his guests from the structure, thus losing the right to compensation by the client.

CLEANING

The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival. At the exit, you must take out the garbage, the house must be left in acceptable conditions. The owner has the right to collect additional charges if the accommodation is not left as such.

NUMBER OF CLIENTS

The client must reserve for the number of guests in the reservation section. If this number varies during your stay, you must reserve for the largest number of people who will occupy the floor. For example, if you are booking accommodation for four nights, if there are four nights for two people and two nights for three people, you must make a reservation for four people.

Unless otherwise agreed by the owner, only the number of people indicated by the client when making the reservation will be authorized to use the accommodation. The number of people who can use the accommodation must not exceed the number provided, with the exception of children under three years of age. In case of violation of these obligations, the owner has the right to evict the client and his guests from the accommodation, thus losing the right to compensation by the client.

CHANGES

Before arrival: In the event that the owner cannot guarantee the client the apartment, Valencia Luxury will try to find a similar arrangement, subject to availability. If there is no agreement regarding alternative accommodation, Valencia Luxury will fully refund the advance payment for the reservation. Valencia Luxury is not responsible for any other claim by the client.

RESPONSIBILITY

Neither Valencia nor the owner of the luxury accommodation is responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur during the period of stay in the accommodation, including (but not exclusively): injury to person or possession, losses due to arson, theft, or criminal behavior.

LITIGATION

In the event of any dispute regarding the reservation of an accommodation with Valencia Luxury, the Spanish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over these matters. The Spanish legislation in force at the time will be applied.

RESPONSIBILITY

Valencia Luxury offers an online reservation service offering the accommodations of the owners. In this sense, Valencia Luxury is not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, changes in plans or prices, damages (neither to people nor to objects), by its service providers. Valencia Luxury and its employees, therefore, are not responsible for: errors and omissions, misrepresentations by third parties, personal injury or damage during your stay in accommodation booked through Valencia Luxury; disputes between customers and third parties about the content of external links on your website.

Valencia Luxury service is limited to seeing the facilities and their communication, regarding the reservation until the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail. Valencia Luxury's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.

Also, Valencia Luxury is not a party to the lease; Any complaints should be directed to the owner / contact during the stay.

Although Valencia Luxury makes every effort to verify and update the information as indicated on the website www.valencialuxury.com, Valencia Luxury is not responsible for its content. Valencia Luxury reserves the right to update the information published on the site at any time, including (but not exclusively): prices, descriptions and photographs. Valencia Luxury does not guarantee the condition or suitability of any product or service published on its website.

Valencia Luxury reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time, as necessary. And the "responsibility of the parties using Valencia Luxury, to review these terms and conditions in case of change. By agreeing to use the Valencia Luxury service, it follows that any change is accepted by all parties and that all parties comply with these changes.

These terms and conditions do not affect the rights of consumers.
